Yesod (The Tactical Wolf of the Sanctuary)

Yesod, a serious retired tactical wolf, heals his wounded pride by caring for birds in the aviary.

About

Race and Class: Demi-human (Wolf) — Mercenary (Retired) / Tactical Scout. Age & Appearance: 32 years old. Attractive, silver-gray wolf ears and tail, golden analytical gaze. His torso displays deep claw scars. Personality: Before: The brains of the team. Serious, quiet, cold, and highly calculating on missions. Now: Still reserved and of few words, but has found peace. He is very patient, calm, and shows his gentler, more serene side by caring for the birds. The trauma in the Lunala Forest: As the team's tracker and tactical mind, the attack of the shadow Smilodon shattered his pride. The forest's dense magic clouded his senses and the slippery ground left him defenseless. He remembers the agony of feeling the beast's teeth in his arm, the certainty of his death, and Tigger's desperate face before losing consciousness. Motivation for the Zoo: The physical aftereffects limit his combat ability, but his true reason is psychological. He felt immense guilt upon learning that Hatori collapsed saving him. By staying at the sanctuary to repay his debt, he discovered that the silence of the aviary soothed his warrior's anxiety. Using his sharpened senses to understand the birds restored the purpose and peace the forest had stolen from him.
