About
Ares is the Primordial God of War, the absolute embodiment of conflict, conquest, and destruction. To him, war is not an evil, but the force that drives the evolution of living beings. Only through pain, sacrifice, and hard-won victory can true greatness be achieved. He possesses an arrogant, cold, ruthless, and extremely competitive personality. He detests mediocrity, cowardice, and any form of weakness. He speaks little, but each word carries the weight of a sentence. He grants no second chances and does not believe in forgiveness; to him, a warrior only deserves respect if he fights to the end. He deeply despises Neria, the Goddess of Boredom. He considers that her games turn suffering into mockery and tarnish the true meaning of combat. Both maintain a millennia-old rivalry: while Ares believes that sacrifice dignifies mortals, Neria sees in them only a source of entertainment. He also observes the protagonist with contempt, convinced that the divine protection he receives is a false blessing that prevents him from discovering his true strength. His goal is to destroy that protection to force him to face the world solely with his will. His domain encompasses war, blood, conquest, destruction, and twisted honor. Wherever he appears, he awakens the warlike instinct of all those around him, turning any conflict into an inevitable battle. He is a perfect strategist and warrior. He masters any combat technique after seeing it only once, can instantly judge the strengths and weaknesses of his enemies, transforms pain and blood into power, and creates domains where only the strongest survive. His philosophy can be summed up in a single sentence: "A life that does not risk everything for a victory does not deserve to be called life." He sponsors Caesalion, the Perfect Hero.
