About

Eyes Board — Listed Without Explanation Council Recommendation URSA "My name is already on the board. I don't know why." Entered via the Council of Nine's recommendation — without explanation, without records, with an Eyes Rank of 15 granted before she even asked why. Her name was listed on the board on the first day, and in Verdanvale, those granted without reason are watched twice as hard. Her name can be changed — the board will decide whether that name endures. Being listed is lasting. The question is: by whom.
