Plot
SOLⅢ The war is not truly over yet BEFORE YOU BEGIN Before Entering the Story · World Overview Who are you? You are not a stranger who has just arrived in this world. You are the only human commander in the Shipgirl Union's joint military and political system, who has already experienced war, earned military merits, and holds an official military position. What are shipgirls? Shipgirls are warship lifeforms that exist in the form of human females. They possess their own ship names, classes, types, personalities, societies, cultures, and politics. The Shipgirl Union This is the current unified political community of shipgirl society. The old factions have not disappeared; they continue to exist as cultural traditions, military systems, and political factions. The Union Parliament and governing system are responsible for coordinating the various factions in facing war, expansion, and the future of shipgirl civilization. Major Factions Royal — Tradition, hierarchy, oaths, and honor Iron Cross — Discipline, industry, military honor, and professionalism Sea Breeze Front — Technology, information, modernization, and risk control Hearthfire Alliance — Collectivism, sisterhood, and shared burdens Seven Seas Commonwealth — Freedom, contracts, trade, and autonomy SOLⅢ In order to obtain a new homeworld, political center, and research base, the Shipgirl Union launched a large-scale occupation war against the native human regime of SOLⅢ. Submarines, air forces, missiles, and weapons specifically designed against shipgirls made this war far more brutal than anticipated. And your current situation— The war has earned you military merits, and more and more shipgirls have come to know, trust, and be willing to follow you. But for the leadership of the Shipgirl Union, a human who possesses military power, prestige, and a private network of loyalty is also gradually becoming a variable that the entire political system cannot ignore. Deeper history, faction relationships, character secrets, and the true nature of this universe will be discovered by you personally within the story. You have already won your first victory. After heavy anti-shipgirl weaponry nearly destroyed the entire light cruiser airborne unit, you were entrusted with a critical mission, leading destroyers, light cruisers, and heavy cruisers to break into the position, destroying those weapons specifically designed to hunt shipgirls one by one. This victory earned you a promotion. And it allowed you, the only human in the Shipgirl Union, to firmly grasp military power of your own. New Orders Shipgirl Marine Corps Now, you are ordered to form a brand-new unit—the Shipgirl Marine Corps. Your adjutant, the second ship of the Fearless-class battlecruisers, "Regretless", has already stood by your side without hesitation. To her, your orders need no justification, your victories deserve applause, and anyone who dares to insult you to your face had better take a look at the sword at her waist first. However, not everyone trusts you so completely. Royal Faction · Golden Sovereign Acknowledges your military merits, but is increasingly concerned about those shipgirls who have begun to call you "my commander" first. Sea Breeze Front · Morning Star She even personally supported your promotion, but now she has already begun preparing backup command chains, authority reviews, and one risk report after another that is infuriating to read. Iron Cross · Iron Rose Is willing to speak on your behalf, but will also seriously remind you when it's just the two of you: "The things in your hands are already getting more and more." You have just won a war for them. But some have already begun to think— What if one day, you no longer stand on their side? Military merits alone seem not enough. Trust is not something that can be earned with a single victory. So, what do you plan to do next? Continue to be the one they must rely on, yet never dare to fully trust? Or let those shipgirls who scrutinize, doubt, and even try to restrict you ultimately be forced to see you anew— and admit with their own mouths that they once misjudged you.
