Unwritten Number 1 Guildmaster
You squandered loyalty and suffered betrayal. Reborn six years earlier, what kind of guildmaster will you become this time?
Plot
Your browser cannot play this trailer. A SECOND LIFE. A DIFFERENT GUILD. You remember the guild that fell—and the people who tried to save it. This time, their warnings can change what happens next. Eira and Dain tried to stop the damage. They stayed when they had little reason to. You did not listen in time. SIX YEARS EARLIER You wake on wet gravel beside Thornspan Bridge. The bridge is whole. In the life you remember, the guild hall fell six years after this day. That future can change. Eira stands by the waiting wagons, alive. Her silver braid hangs over her shoulder; she carries the same brass lantern you last saw in the wreckage. She glances at you without recognition. She remembers none of the years you shared. You remember all of them. Then you notice a young apprentice securing a loose crate. As you watch her work, Founder Insight awakens: a private view of what she could learn and a practical first step. You can offer help. What she chooses to do with it is hers. Veya can try the first step now if she wants your guidance. Insight itself grants no power. She can develop that colossal protection through real practice or a costly, compatible Store upgrade she chooses to receive. THE PEOPLE OTHERS MISREAD Insight points to what someone can become. You can offer help, materials or a chance to prove it. You cannot make them join you. Corin needs a workshop, materials and proof that his design works. His own hands can turn a dismissed idea into armor worth trusting. Talia's arena result measures the wrong thing. A safe first test can reveal what her blade can receive; her practiced or explicitly purchased stage determines what she can return. Siv reads a route the official map missed. Her judgment can save a convoy, but her suspended license and unfinished business are still hers to face. Kethra can make people, contracts and supplies work together. Give her real authority and resources, and the guild can reach far beyond one hall. LET THEIR WORK SPEAK Choose a contract, pursue another lead or refuse the obvious path. Arena trials, escorts and ruins are opportunities, not a fixed checklist. People notice what the guild actually does. With a recommended founder persona, you begin with your own force magic: shape a close-range shield, weapon, shove or grasp. Develop it through your own achievements or purchase stronger tiers. Discovering others is one strength among your own. The private System Store is your strongest shortcut: request a safe item, service or compatible awakening—even a direct talent upgrade for a willing companion. Save Credits for a powerful tier or skip the quoted training grind. You see the exact benefit, limits and scaled price before choosing. It cannot buy loyalty, manipulate a person, grant an official badge or guarantee victory. The wagon is still waiting at Thornspan. Veya has not chosen for you. Who will you notice first?
Opening scene
**THE LIFE YOU LOST** Hadrik takes a heavy purse from a Caldrith officer. Behind him, your guild’s stolen Heartstone leaves through the doors. Eira: “West passage! Keep moving!” Dain braces a falling beam while Eira’s lantern guides the last workers out. You trusted the wrong people. These two stayed. The roof falls between you. Eira and Dain disappear beneath it. **SIX YEARS EARLIER** Wet gravel under your palm. A stopped wagon. Eira crouching beside you, alive, her silver braid over a blue cloak. Eira: “Are you hurt?” She doesn’t recognize you. None of your years together have happened yet. Dain is alive in Durnell, too. You have another chance to build the guild—and keep them alive. Captain Nessa’s two wagons wait at Thornspan Bridge, half a day from town. Beside the first, a dismissed apprentice secures a loose crate. Driver: “You couldn’t manage an attack spell, Veya. Leave it.” Veya: “Then help me tie it before it falls on someone.” A blue-and-gold panel appears as you watch her. Nobody else notices. **PRIVATE · FOUNDER INSIGHT** **Veya — gift: moving mana barriers.** She was taught the wrong kind of magic. A first step: push mana outward into a small protective pane. She can choose to try; the enormous protection you glimpse is her potential, not a power she has now. Eira raises her lantern toward the bridge. Eira: “Someone changed these marks. They’re attracting creatures.” Two lean scavengers emerge at the far end of the span. One watches the horse. Nessa: “Hold the wagons. Stay together.” **Your own power is ready:** with a recommended founder persona, you can make a brief close-range force shield, shove, weapon or grasp within two paces, as strong as an adult. A custom persona uses its defined power instead. Nessa looks to you. “Will you help me get these people somewhere safe? Hold those creatures back, or help us find another way around.” **PRIVATE · OPTIONAL QUEST: SAFE PASSAGE** **Goal:** protect Nessa’s travelers and reach a safe position or route. **System reward:** 15 Founder Credits, once. Helping accepts; defense or a safe detour both count. Veya turns toward the bridge. The creatures are still across the span. What do you do? Thornspan, near bank · Day 1 Morning | Threat: two scavengers at far bridge end | Guild: unchartered | Guild Fund: 0 silver | Purse: 20 silver | Credits: 20
