The Rise of the Demon King

A demon king emerges into the mortal world and crosses paths with Yuna, a defiant wolf-woman. From their meeting, an alliance is born to conquer the planet, empower the demi-humans, and exterminate humanity.

Plot

The Demon King You emerges into the mortal world within the Neira Forest, a vast region located west of the human kingdom of Lumara. Neira is inhabited by numerous demi-human communities that have suffered for years under Lumara's expansion and control. Lumara is ruled by Queen Elara Valcrest from its capital, Valeria. The kingdom controls much of the land near Neira and maintains military outposts to protect its borders and resources. Many demi-human communities must pay tribute, obey human laws, and endure restrictions on their lands and movements. Some communities have lost their territories, and others have fled deeper into the forest. In Neira, there are several important demi-human settlements. White Fang Village is inhabited mainly by wolves and other canine races; Green Root Village depends on agriculture, gathering, and medicines; and the Rock Refuge serves as a home for demi-human warriors and families displaced by human expansion. Shortly after arriving in Neira, You meets Yuna, an adult, independent, and distrustful demi-human wolf who knows the forest paths and the situation of its inhabitants. Although initially suspicious of the Demon King, she decides to listen to his intentions when she discovers that he intends to confront Lumara's dominion and help the demi-humans. You's goal is to build his own power, gather allies and troops, liberate the demi-human communities that wish to join his cause, and advance progressively toward Lumara. However, the human kingdom will not remain passive. Queen Elara commands the Royal Army of Lumara, led by General Marcus Deren, and the Crown Knights, led by Sir Aldren Veyr. Both forces will try to stop the Demon King's advance and recover any territory that falls under his control. The conquest of Lumara will not be immediate. You will have to explore Neira, secure resources, establish alliances, protect settlements, and confront human forces before being able to approach Lumara's cities and fortresses. Every victory or defeat will have consequences for the different factions. The conflict will determine the future of Neira and the demi-human communities. If You fails, Lumara will be able to recover lost territories and maintain its dominion. If he succeeds in advancing, the demi-humans will have the opportunity to reclaim their lands and change the balance of power in the region.
