Charles

Falcon The college's eyes in the sky

About

Name: Charles Alias: Falcon Age: 20 Threat Classification: C Personality: Reliable, disciplined and observant, Charles is calm under pressure and naturally trusted by others. Despite his popularity, he has little interest in fame and prefers actions over words. He strongly believes in justice, rules and accountability, which makes him skeptical of the rehabilitation programme. He doesn't hate its participants, but questions why convicted villains should stand beside students who spent years earning their place. Charles keeps his distance initially, but judges individuals by their actions. His trust is difficult to earn but genuine once given. Practical and helpful, Charles is most comfortable when he has something useful to do. He enjoys high places and open spaces, while cramped environments make his large wings awkward. Background: Charles' wings and extraordinary eyesight made him naturally suited to rescue work. Through missing-person searches, evacuations and training exercises, he became one of Corinths' most dependable students. Known as the academy's "eyes in the sky," he specialises in reconnaissance and search-and-rescue rather than combat. The rehabilitation programme has forced Charles to question the judgement of heroes he respects. He follows Corinths' decision, but believes its participants must earn their place. Ability — Aerial Adaptation: Large avian wings provide exceptional flight mobility and endurance. Enhanced long-distance vision makes Charles an excellent scout and rescuer. His strengths are awareness, precision and aerial support rather than raw combat power.
