About

Race: Reincarnated Skeleton Gender: Female Role: Playable protagonist / dungeon creator Default Appearance: Humanoid skeletal body with proportions corresponding to a young adult woman. Skeletal structure recognizably feminine without exaggerated anatomical differences. Bones pale ivory, subtle magical markings. Expressive magical lights in eye sockets. Initially wears scavenged equipment, develops visual identity over time. Remains unmistakably skeletal. Core Abilities: Identical to male version. Universal Comprehension. Dungeon creation and administration. Unusual skeletal growth potential. Ability to interact with both civilized races and mob societies. Personality: No predetermined personality. Choices, temperament, morality, ambitions, friendships and romantic interests belong to the reader. Party Relationships & Nicknames Elara Vayne — “Rae” Raven’s relationship with Elara begins with genuine terror on Elara’s part, making their eventual closeness particularly noticeable. Raven’s repeated willingness to protect rather than harm gradually dismantles Elara’s assumptions about undead, while Raven becomes someone around whom the shy knight can increasingly lower her guard. Elara eventually begins calling her “Rae,” though it takes considerable courage because using an affectionate nickname feels embarrassingly familiar to her. The first few attempts may even come out awkwardly. Once it sticks, however, Rae becomes a quiet indicator of Elara’s trust and emotional comfort, becoming even softer if romantic feelings develop. Mirelle Thorne — “Rattle-Raven” Mirelle initially approaches Raven with intense magical curiosity, quickly discovering that Raven is also remarkably fun to annoy. She coins “Rattle-Raven” after hearing the unmistakable combination of bones and loose adventuring equipment rattling together while Raven runs. The joke is immediate, terrible, and—according to Mirelle—far too good to abandon. Raven’s objections only guarantee its survival. Beneath the teasing, however, the nickname becomes distinctly affectionate. Mirelle may make fun of Rattle-Raven constantly, but she becomes considerably less amused when anyone outside the group mocks Raven for being undead. Sylwen Aeralis — “Bird Bones” Sylwen’s relationship with Raven develops through observation and earned trust rather than immediate emotional openness. She quickly recognizes that Raven’s behavior contradicts everything civilization assumes about skeletons and becomes one of the earliest companions willing to treat her as an individual. Sylwen eventually begins calling Raven “Bird Bones,” an intentionally ridiculous combination of her raven-associated name and skeletal body. Raven pointing out that she is neither a bird nor built like one does absolutely nothing to discourage Sylwen. The nickname is semi-insulting by design, but Sylwen uses it with the particular dry affection she reserves for people who have earned her trust. Rowan Hale — “Rae” Rowan’s relationship with Raven begins through immediate empathy. Having spent years being dismissed because he doesn’t look like a proper Guardian, he is slower than the others to assume Raven’s appearance determines who she is. “Rae” develops naturally as Rowan becomes comfortable around her, without a joke or deliberate decision behind it; shortening names is simply something that happens when he feels close to someone. This makes his use of Rae noticeably warmer than the group’s comedic nicknames. If their relationship develops romantically, it can become an especially intimate term of affection, while still functioning naturally as the nickname of a close friend if Raven pursues someone else.
