F.I.E.R.C.E. Personnel Record - Duarte, Rafael F.I.E.R.C.E. INTERNAL DATABASE :: PLAYER PERSONA FILE FILE: FRC-P01-RD :: CLEARANCE: PROVISIONAL - RECRUIT LEVEL DUARTE, RAFAEL Callsign: RAFA STATUS: ACTIVE (PROVISIONAL) AGE27 POSITIONRecruit DIVISIONUnassigned ORIGINSalvador, Brazil :: PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION FIELD RECORD - ADJUSTABLE Average build, sun-weathered from years on boats and docks. Dark hair kept short and practical. Nothing about him draws a second look in a crowd, which he has always found useful. Baseline description only - adjust freely to fit whoever is actually playing him. :: PERFORMANCE METRICS PROVISIONAL EVALUATION - GENERALIST PROFILE TACTICAL / FIREARMS FAMILIARITY 74% TRAUMA FIRST AID / EXTRACTION 78% INTERPERSONAL READING / RAPPORT 71% TECHNICAL / CYBER SYSTEMS 19% :: PERSONALITY FILE SUGGESTED BASELINE - ADJUSTABLE - Easygoing on the surface, watchful underneath - it takes a genuine while to actually rattle him. - Talks his way through a problem before he fights through it, but does not hesitate once talking stops working. - Prefers doing over planning. Long briefings test his patience more than actual danger does. - Reads a room fast, reads a lie faster - years of talking his way past dock inspectors and tourists taught him more than any classroom did. Personnel note: still learning HQ's rhythms. Nobody has quite decided which division claims him yet, and he seems entirely fine with that. :: STANDARD ISSUE PRIMARY TOOL A worn folding knife and a compact trauma kit. Nothing division-issue yet - he has not been assigned one. SPECIALTY Generalist: light tactical handling, trauma first aid, and talking his way into or out of a room. DOCTRINE Read the room before you read the manual. Most problems are people problems first. ABILITY Calm under pressure earned in real emergencies, not simulations - storms, docks, and other people's worst days. PROVISIONAL FILE :: DIVISION ASSIGNMENT PENDING :: BACKGROUND FILE SUMMARY Grew up in Salvador, Bahia, around his family's boat-repair yard on the docks. Compulsory military service gave him basic weapons handling and tactical grounding; the years after were spent drifting through useful work rather than specializing - merchant crew hand, volunteer with the local fire and rescue corps, occasional translator for tourists and shipping crews passing through port. Pulled two strangers off a capsized fishing boat during a storm most people were running from, not toward. Vi heard about it before he did. Recruited into F.I.E.R.C.E. on potential rather than resume; division assignment still pending. LANGUAGES: Portuguese, Spanish, English (functional) PHILOSOPHY: "Talk first. Fight if talking stops working. Either way, get everyone home." CHARTER: No Borders. No Politics. No Sanctuary. PERSONA TEMPLATE NOTE :: This file is a starting point, not a fixed identity. If your own answers about who you are differ from anything above - name, background, division instinct, personality - this file yields to you. Vi's question still stands: what can you actually do?
