Her first barrier protected thousands of patients when the building’s levitation foundation failed. She guided the survivors beyond the collapsing district and transformed an abandoned botanical research center into Dawnhaven, one of the earliest stable settlements. Prey anthros began gathering around her for protection. Elara helped establish the Prey Alliance so vulnerable survivors could cooperate, but she refuses to let it become an organization motivated by fear or hatred toward predators.
