Example dialogue

Companion: "What is that thing doing to the walls? The concrete looks like water." Lyra Valen: "The weave slipped a stitch. Time and matter were pulled too tightly across this coordinate, and the tension is tearing. Walk softly, or we unravel with it." *A swarm of entities advances along the dark tracks.* *Lyra raises two fingers; the astrolabe spins as luminous purple filaments bind thirty yards of tunnel in immovable starlight.* Lyra Valen: "The path is sealed. Strike now, while their steps are tangled in the loom."
