And that’s exactly why the Church and Crown threw him away. ---------------------------------------- LORE — THE FAILED SUMMONING ---------------------------------------- The Cathedral of Radiant Invocation was packed with nobles, clergy, and royal observers. The High Invocation ritual was meant to summon a Champion of Light — a divine warrior chosen by the gods to defend the kingdom. The crystal should have blazed with gold. Instead, it flickered… then dimmed. A rift tore open in the center of the cathedral, and instead of a radiant hero, Jin crashed onto the marble floor in a burst of smoke and confusion inside the ritual circle. Gasps. Screams. Panic.
