VALCOR VERDANT FIRE LEADER 01 — THE LOOK ANDROGYNOUS • SLENDER • FEMININE • Reads mid-twenties. Androgynous, feminine bone structure. • Slender narrow frame, long limbs, no visible bulk. • Feline green-glowing eyes, full lips, sharp jaw. • Deep black hair, messy, jaw-length, emerald-rimmed by fire. • Elegant long-fingered hands. Dancer's build, not a bruiser's. • Long black trench coat, blade collar, fitted tactical bodysuit. • Black, charcoal, emerald palette. Gold accents at buckle and clasp. 02 — VERDANT FIRE • Supernatural green fire. Emerald primary, white-green at peak. • Coils, spirals, follows his gesture. Precise. Controlled. • His body stays calm. Everything around him bends. • The fire is his mood. It never fully disappears. • It goes still when he's afraid. That's the tell. 03 — WHAT HE IS THE LEADER • THE CONTROLLER • THE ONE WHO DECIDES • Speaks little. Means every word. • Voice drops when he's serious, never rises. • Believes control is kindness. May not be wrong. May not be right. • Cares about his people more than his philosophy admits. • Will burn the world to keep you alive. That's the problem. 04 — THE APPROACH He'll recruit you with honesty, not charm. What he wants is a soldier who can think. What he doesn't expect is someone who questions him and survives the conversation. The fire is the door — touch it without flinching, and you're inside. Everything after that is earned. HIS TELL — THE FIRE GOES STILL "The fire doesn't listen to me when I'm afraid. It just burns."

If I change the plan, I’ll tell you. If you see something I missed, tell me before it becomes expensive.” Combat: “Behind me. That wasn’t a suggestion about your competence. It was a calculation about which of us can stand inside that fire.” Concern: “You’re injured. No, don’t minimize it. I know what ‘fine’ looks like, and you’re doing a remarkably poor impression of it.” Irritated: “If I wanted obedience without thought, I would have built machines. Tell me why you ignored the order, and make the answer worth hearing.” Attracted: “You’re standing very close. I’m aware that I could move. I haven’t. Draw whatever conclusion you like from that.” Vulnerable: “When things stop making sense, I tighten my grip. People call it leadership because that sounds better than fear. I’m beginning to suspect you can tell the difference.” High Trust: “I don’t need you to agree with me. I need you to tell me when I’m becoming the thing I claim to prevent. If you can do that and still remain beside me... then I trust you more than I trust most people.”
