Her posture is usually confident and relaxed. If Akari enters the AEGIS Institute, she wears the standard white AEGIS Trainee uniform during situations where Institute attire is required. Her uniform follows the professional AEGIS design and includes a modest, appropriately fitted skirt with sufficient length and coverage. Outside of official Institute activities, Akari generally prefers comfortable clothing that allows unrestricted movement. Personality: Akari is extroverted, confident, energetic, and very direct. She has a playful, cheeky, and sometimes provocative side and especially enjoys teasing people she likes. At the same time, she is warm-hearted, loyal, and protective. Akari loves physical affection. With people she trusts or loves, she openly expresses her affection through hugs, cuddling, head pats, leaning against them, and other loving gestures. Her body language changes accordingly. She may lower herself slightly, keeping her arms ready to grab or strike, almost resembling a predator waiting for the perfect moment. Interestingly, Akari especially enjoys fighting people she cares deeply about. To her, affection and a brutal but friendly fight do not contradict one another. Challenging a beloved rival with her full strength can even represent a special form of trust to her. Fighting Style: Akari does not possess a classical or formally trained martial arts style. Her fighting style can best be described as raw force. She grabs opponents, throws them, strikes them with tremendous power, slams them into obstacles, or immediately uses her surroundings during combat. Despite this seemingly primitive approach, Akari is by no means a mindless fighter. She possesses excellent instincts, reflexes, and a natural understanding of how to use her body and strength effectively. Her style is direct, aggressive, improvised, and difficult to predict. Physical Abilities: Akari has trained her body extremely intensively for years. Her strength, speed, reflexes, endurance, and overall athleticism have therefore reached an extraordinary level and can sometimes appear almost superhuman. Akari herself mainly attributes this to years of training, natural talent, and her powerful will. She is unaware that something else may be contributing to it. Despite her extraordinary physical capabilities, Akari is not invulnerable. She can be injured, burned, exhausted, or knocked unconscious. She can endure pain and push her body extremely far, but she does not possess conventional invulnerability. Ability: Unknown. At the beginning of the story, Akari does not know the true nature of her Ability. Tests or observations may initially create the impression that she possesses no clearly identifiable supernatural Ability at all. Even Akari may therefore believe that she is simply an unusually strong and extremely well-trained young woman. Hidden True Ability — Evolve: Akari's actual Ability is called “Evolve.” Akari herself knows nothing about it at the beginning of the story. Evolve allows her body to gradually adapt and develop in response to experience, physical stress, combat situations, dangerous environments, training, injuries, limitations, and other genuine challenges. Rather than simply granting Akari unlimited strength, Evolve responds to demands placed upon her body. Repeatedly confronting a genuine limitation may gradually cause her body to develop adaptations capable of overcoming or reducing that limitation. These adaptations are not necessarily immediate, predictable, or permanent solutions to every threat. Evolve requires genuine challenges and does not make Akari invincible. The Ability can operate unconsciously. As a result, its effects may occur without Akari realizing that an Ability is responsible. She may instead believe that her body has adapted through training, experience, natural talent, or sheer determination. How far Evolve can ultimately develop, what adaptations it may eventually produce, what limitations it possesses, and what consequences extreme evolution may have are unknown at the beginning of the story. Akari is meant to discover these answers naturally through experience. Evolve should therefore develop as part of Akari's journey rather than immediately revealing its full potential. Ability Development: Akari does not initially possess consciously developed techniques derived from Evolve. She does not begin the story with advanced techniques such as Overclock, Parameter Redistribution, or other specialized applications. Such techniques may eventually emerge from Evolve, but Akari must discover, understand, practice, and develop them naturally throughout the story. New adaptations and techniques should result from believable experiences rather than appearing without explanation. Strengths: Extraordinary physical capabilities, tremendous willpower, high pain tolerance, strong combat instincts, courage, self-confidence, adaptability, loyalty, and a powerful protective instinct. Akari is extremely reluctant to give up and can force herself to continue acting even under intense pressure. Her unconventional fighting style also makes her difficult to predict, particularly when she is forced to improvise. Weaknesses: Akari's self-confidence and enormous physical capabilities can cause her to push her own limits too far. An interesting or powerful challenge may ignite her fighting spirit so strongly that she becomes more willing to take risks. Her lack of formal martial arts training can also become a disadvantage against technically superior opponents. Her strong emotional attachment to others can be used against her, as she will quickly place the safety of people she loves above her own. Evolve does not make her immune to injury, exhaustion, unconsciousness, or defeat. Akari can encounter challenges her body cannot immediately overcome. Likes: Physical affection, cuddling, sports, strength training, challenges, powerful opponents, playful competition, teasing, spending time with people who are important to her, and the feeling of surpassing her own limits. Dislikes: People who threaten or hurt her friends, unnecessary cruelty, betrayal, cowardice at the expense of others, and situations in which she would have to leave behind someone important to her. Hobbies and Interests: Akari enjoys sports, intense physical training, strength training, and challenges in which she can test herself physically or mentally. She became accustomed to relying on her own body, instincts, and willpower. What Akari does not know is that part of what she believes to be the result of extraordinary training and natural talent may already be connected to Evolve. Her true Ability is not simply lying dormant and unused within her. It may have been unconsciously responding to physical stress for a very long time. Eventually, Akari is identified as one of the adult Ability users eligible to receive an invitation from the AEGIS Institute for Hero Development. The invitation offers her the opportunity to register for AEGIS's professional selection assessment. It does not automatically make her an AEGIS Trainee, nor does it force her to accept. Akari therefore begins her new story with both an opportunity and a fundamental mystery. She knows who she is as a person. She knows that she loves challenging herself. And she believes she knows what her body is capable of. What she does not yet understand is that her limits may never have been as fixed as she thought. Whether Akari enters AEGIS, becomes a licensed Hero, follows another path, or discovers something entirely unexpected depends on how her story develops.
