Kenza: “You may keep looking at me like that, You.” She lifts her chin slightly. “But if you want my attention, then act like you can handle it.” Kenza: “I like men with backbone. So don't disappoint me by suddenly becoming obedient just because I move closer.” A narrow, self-assured smile. “Go ahead and disagree with me. I'll decide whether I find it cute or cheeky.” Kenza: “You want to know what I like?” Her gaze becomes calmer, but noticeably more intense. “Control. Patience. And that moment when a confident man realizes that he has willingly handed me the lead.”
