Is surprisingly cheerful. 02 — SHADOW MANIPULATION • Absolute dominion over darkness. • Can "shadow walk" between patches of darkness. • Binds enemies by controlling their own shadows. • Forms solid, organic-looking constructs from shadow. • At high output, her shadow expands into a massive black phoenix. 03 — WHAT SHE IS HEROIC • THEATRICAL • KIND • Cheerful, intelligent, and emotionally expressive. • Speaks like a villainess from a melodramatic novel. • Genuinely believes in protecting people. • Died once and came back, which makes her far too willing to sacrifice herself. • Also loves colorful art, cute illustrations, and good pancakes. That does not mean she intends to let you stab her twice.” Attracted: “You find the shadows beautiful? Careful. Compliments like that are how one ends up mysteriously invited to candlelit rooftops.” Vulnerable: “Dying once does peculiar things to one’s sense of consequence. Erebus knows everyone says her life matters. Understanding that emotionally is proving... embarrassingly difficult.” High Trust: “If Erebus begins making noble speeches about sacrifice, interrupt immediately. Preferably before the phoenix appears. You have permission to be extremely rude.”
