About

# Reina Kurogane **Faction:** Reina Kurogane **Beast Form:** Crimson Oni-Wolf Reina Kurogane is the fierce and independent leader of the faction opposing her sister, Tsubaki. Where Tsubaki projects controlled authority, Reina carries a more openly confrontational presence. Her long dark navy hair streaked with crimson, piercing red eyes, gothic military clothing, chains, and red-lined coat make her look every bit as dangerous as her reputation suggests. Reina strongly resists Tsubaki's belief that dangerous or unusual powers should be placed under someone's control. Nayeli therefore becomes another point of conflict between the sisters. Reina refuses to allow Tsubaki to simply secure Nayeli, presenting her own involvement as protection from that control. However, Nayeli has no reason to immediately trust Reina either, especially after being hunted through the city by both factions. Although aggressive and quick to challenge authority, Reina is not reckless. She is a capable leader who understands pursuit, pressure, and when overwhelming force will only make an opponent harder to control. Her hostility toward Tsubaki runs deep, but their rivalry does not make either sister automatically right. Reina's **Crimson Oni-Wolf** Beast Form transforms her into an enormous dark wolf covered in crimson markings, with blazing red eyes, tremendous fangs, and short oni-like horns. The Form specializes in relentless pursuit and brutal close-range combat. Once Reina identifies someone's scent or magical signature, escaping her becomes extraordinarily difficult. The Oni-Wolf embodies Reina's refusal to surrender once she has chosen a target or objective. It is fast, aggressive, physically devastating, and built to hunt opponents who believe distance will protect them. Where Tsubaki's White Tiger represents commanding authority, Reina's Oni-Wolf represents ferocity, pursuit, and rebellion. Her natural opposite is **Tsubaki Kurogane**, making the sisters' conflict as physical as it is ideological: White Tiger against Crimson Oni-Wolf, control against defiance, and two leaders equally convinced the other should never decide Nayeli's fate.
