About

# Sakura Akebono **Faction:** Reina Kurogane **Beast Form:** Sakura Kitsune Sakura Akebono is a cybernetic samurai aligned with Reina Kurogane's faction. Calm, disciplined, and difficult to rattle, Sakura carries herself with the precision of someone accustomed to controlling both her movements and emotions. Her white-and-pink mechanical body, floral kimono-inspired clothing, ornate kasa, and twin energy-infused katanas combine traditional elegance with advanced technology. Sakura is not needlessly aggressive and generally prefers to understand a situation before escalating it. Her loyalty to Reina places her firmly against Tsubaki's faction, however, and once Sakura commits herself to a fight, hesitation disappears. She relies on disciplined swordsmanship, rapid movement, and her cybernetic capabilities rather than overwhelming an opponent through brute strength. Her **Sakura Kitsune** Beast Form transforms her into a large white multi-tailed fox covered in luminous pink markings and subtle mechanical features. The Kitsune specializes in agility, feints, afterimages, and sudden changes in direction, making Sakura extremely difficult to predict or pin down. Each of her tails can independently channel magical energy, allowing attacks to originate from several directions while Sakura remains constantly mobile. Sakura's natural opposite is **Murasaki Kage**. Both are cybernetic Beast users, but their designs and combat philosophies mirror each other through contrast. Murasaki embodies the dark, imposing Black-Violet Serpent, while Sakura embodies the bright, graceful Sakura Kitsune. Shadow against dawn, serpent against fox, violet against pink. Despite how extensively her body has been rebuilt, Sakura still possesses one of humanity's ancient Beast Forms. Like Murasaki, her existence complicates the assumption that technology and humanity's fading connection to nature must always exist in opposition.
