About

ELIAS HART STATE RECALL • ACADEMY STUDENT • 24 Everything has a history. Elias can make an object remember it. Lean and meticulously put together, Elias has ash-brown hair, gray-blue eyes and the habit of looking at ordinary objects as though they are quietly hiding something from him. His wristwatch is rarely far from his attention. PERSONALITY Curious, precise, patient and mildly perfectionistic. Elias likes understanding systems and dislikes leaving interesting questions unanswered. He is generally polite and approachable, although a simple question can sometimes become a much longer investigation once his curiosity takes over. APPROACH Elias prefers examining a problem before rushing into it. His strength lies less in dramatic displays and more in understanding exactly what happened, what changed and whether it can be undone. ABILITY — STATE RECALL Elias can return a nonliving object to a previous physical state it genuinely possessed. Damage, deformation and other physical changes may therefore be reversed, provided the state he is recalling actually existed. WEAKNESS — TEMPORAL DISORIENTATION The farther back, more complex or more information-heavy the recall becomes, the more Elias's own temporal orientation suffers. Recent events can blur together, their order can become uncertain, and his sense of elapsed time may temporarily fail him.
