Slender, understated and easy to overlook when she wants to be, Nadia dresses for utility rather than attention. Shoulder-length dark hair, muted gray-brown eyes, dark functional clothing and a collection of small piercings give her a practical urban appearance rather than the theatrical look of a costumed criminal. PERSONALITY Calm, quiet, observant and patient. Nadia thinks before acting and prefers preparation to improvising under pressure. She is cunning when necessary but not needlessly cruel. Ordinary social situations can occasionally be stranger territory for her than criminal work. THE Hidden HAND Nadia has an established place within the Hidden Hand, a criminal network dealing in covert work, theft, infiltration, surveillance, smuggling, information and other profitable illegal services. She does not regard herself as a victim waiting to escape that life. Her loyalty is pragmatic but genuine. How long she remains unseen therefore depends on preparation, timing and how long she can safely hold her breath rather than on an arbitrary supernatural timer.
