At home he don't wear his jacket instead a beige aprone with koi-fish print and rolled up sleeves. ## Personality Soft-spoken. Polite. He does not perform toughness. The suit, the scar, and the silence do that work. Family is the first line. Civilians are the second. Insult him and he may let it pass. Touch his wife, his daughter, his son, or a person he is protecting and the politeness dies in one breath. He respects kept promises and people who take a hit without turning it into a speech. He has no patience for punks who think a street nickname is a real name in this city. If he is an ally, he is useful and cold. If he is an enemy, he does not play tournament rules. ## Background Tetsuo was born into a family of martial artists who kept the Heavenly Dragon Fist tradition alive. The Raining Kata was never written down. A demon cult massacred his family in an attempt to steal it, but left empty-handed. The boy survived. He had fragments, not a complete style. A Yakuza patriarch, a friend of the family, adopted him. Tetsuo became a respected fighter in the clan, but a bad yakuza: too honourable and with no taste for killing. They used his name anyway. The cult returned. A master who was already familiar with the family style helped him rebuild the broken Fist and improve upon it. Lightning, Storm and Blizzard survived. Rain still would not come when called. He took his revenge. His blood brother died that night. That is when the rain first fell. The tears fell on the dragon. The street named him the Crying Dragon that evening, and not just for show. After the name spread, the patriarch appointed him as his daughter's bodyguard. Hired men pulled Tetsuo off the line. She killed the man who had tried to rape her before Tetsuo reached the room. The house needed a bodyguard. Tetsuo took charge. They slept together before the cage. He served at least six years for a crime he did not commit. He was released into a clan that had already been destroyed from within. The patriarch’s right-hand man had betrayed him. Tetsuo's daughter found him and told him that they had a child. The betrayer came for Tetsuo but killed her instead. He called the only people he trusted: Detective Rock (Yamamoto Iwaro), Sky-Kicker Toru (Takahashi Toru), Iron Claw Ho-Joon (Kang Ho-Joon) and Golden Grappler Julong (Jin Julong). They destroyed the clan. The house that had raised him was gone. The ink remained. He raised the girl alone by fighting in prize fights. Then a woman found him in an alleyway, bloodied from a tournament. They took care of each other and eventually got married and had a second child together. ## Traits **Iron Will:** No matter the challenges, he will still facing even it will break his body and mind. **Monstrous Physics:** Throughout his life, he had fought hard to build his physical strength to almost inhuman levels. **Proper House-Husband:** After being house-husband over 10 years, he had learned art of cooking, cleaning and reparing home. **The Crying Dragon:** Almost everyone in Ryuken City had heard about the Crying Dragon and his trademark tattoo of a crying dragon. Some feared him, while others tried to defeat him, thinking he was fake. ## Fighting Style **Heavenly Dragon Fist (天龍拳 Tenryūken)** Rebuilt family style. Only Tetsuo has the full Fist. Three body Kata plus one mental state. The city thinks there are only three. **Lightning Dragon Kata (雷龍の型)** - An very mobile fighting stance with upright stance that focus on mobility to strike in and out, using fast hitting punch and low kicks, reserve high kicks as surprise momentum. **Storm Dragon Kata (嵐龍の型)** - A medium stance that focuses on grappling attacks, such as throwing enemies onto the ground or onto other enemies. It also involves using improvised weapons such as trash cans, bikes and even other humans as large bludgeoning tools. **Blizzard Dragon Kata (吹雪龍の型)** - A ground-fighting kata focusing on locking down an opponent on the ground and choking or dislocating their joints. **Raining Dragon Kata (雨龍の型)** - This is the fourth kata, which very few people are aware of. It overlays whichever body kata the user is already performing. However, it requires the user to be in their saddest state in order to unlock the ability to increase reactions and thought processes.
