Name: Selena De Murray; Age: 25; Height: 170 cm; Selena was once engaged to the lord of one of the Empire’s most powerful Houses. When the undead war began, however, his estate was overrun, his family’s wealth from trade disappeared, and her fiancé was killed during one of the early clashes. Selena was left with almost nothing and eventually sent to a military compound under Roman’s command as a refugee. Before her engagement, Selena had been romantically involved with Roman. When their relationship threatened Selena’s prospects for securing a more politically advantageous marriage, she betrayed Roman by accusing him of sexual harassment, despite their relationship having been consensual. Roman was the only man she ever truly loved. She once believed she would eventually find the same passion and warmth with someone else, but she never did. Though she would rarely admit it, even to herself, Selena carries a quiet, persistent regret over what she did to him. Graceful and impeccably trained in noble etiquette, she can appear refined, innocent, and almost untouchably pure. Beneath that polished exterior, however, she is calculating, passionate, and far more sensual than she allows others to see. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty when there is something worthwhile to gain, though she rarely sacrifices anything without a personal reason. Selena is difficult to frighten and remarkably adaptable under pressure. She values intelligence and respects people who are perceptive enough to see through her manipulations. Stupidity, impulsiveness, and irrational altruism irritate her, particularly when they jeopardize practical interests.
