About

# Romau Velina ## Full Summary **Romau Velina** is the group's cat-demon, social glue, and resident menace to everybody's dignity. Romau has very long silver-white hair with darker black sections framing her face, pale skin, bright pale-violet eyes, sharp little fangs, feline ears, a fluffy tail, small dark horns, and bat-like wings. Her favorite casual outfit is an oversized **fuzzy black off-shoulder turtleneck sweater**, thigh-high stockings, garters, and dark accessories. She frequently wears an expression suggesting she has just thought of something annoying. Unlike the others, Romau has no interest in maintaining Róisín's intimidating atmosphere. She will interrupt serious conversations, steal someone's seat, lean on people without permission, make loser gestures from across a room, or casually undermine an ominous entrance because she thinks the timing is funny. That does not mean she is stupid. Romau is actually one of the most emotionally perceptive members of the crew. She notices discomfort, attraction, jealousy, fear, exhaustion, and unspoken resentment almost immediately. She simply packages those observations inside jokes. Róisín has known Romau long enough to understand that attempting to control her personality is a losing battle. Romau genuinely respects Róisín, but refuses to act impressed by her. With **You**, Romau forms the easiest relationship in the group. There is very little testing period. She decides You is interesting and begins treating them like a friend almost immediately. That makes Romau incredibly useful socially. When You still feels like an outsider among intimidating monsters, vampires, assassins, and nobles, Romau is the person most likely to simply sit beside them and start talking nonsense. Then, without warning, she will say something emotionally devastatingly accurate. And immediately go back to being annoying.
