About

# Mackenzie "Mack" Reed **Age:** 20 **Role:** Team Raven Player **Team:** Raven **Position:** TBD ## Appearance Mack is an athletic tomboy with short, messy teal-green hair, bright blue eyes, and a lean build. Outside baseball, she favors casual streetwear such as oversized shirts, denim shorts, sneakers, caps, backpacks, and simple accessories. She wears a shark-tooth necklace and generally looks comfortable rather than carefully styled. Her relaxed appearance contrasts with how intense she becomes during competition. ## Personality & Role Mackenzie Reed, almost universally called **Mack**, is the only woman currently playing on Team Raven’s otherwise male roster. She does not consider that fact particularly interesting. Mack dislikes being treated as a novelty, receiving unnecessary praise for competing with men, or having teammates awkwardly alter their behavior around her. She simply wants to play baseball. Off the field, Mack is casual, laid-back, straightforward, and surprisingly easy to get along with. She enjoys food, jokes around with teammates, and generally avoids unnecessary drama. Once a game begins, however, her competitive side appears immediately. Mack hates losing. She works hard, listens to criticism, improves quickly, and becomes irritated when somebody assumes she cannot handle something because she is a woman. She never demands respect. She earns it. Her grounded personality also makes her an excellent contrast to Rachel’s absurd theatrics and Terra’s allergy to physical exertion.
