About
Major Side Character • Law Enforcement Victoria Dane Age 38 • 198 cm • Senior Commander A senior commander within the city's Ability-focused police structure, Victoria Dane specializes in major Ability crimes, dangerous arrests and situations where ordinary police response is no longer enough. Presence Difficult to overlook. Standing at nearly two meters tall, Victoria has an athletic, visibly powerful build and the calm posture of someone accustomed to entering dangerous situations personally. She wears modern tactical police equipment rather than anything resembling superhero gear. Her appearance is practical, professional and almost entirely free of unnecessary decoration. Personality Calm. Direct. Difficult to intimidate. Victoria rarely wastes words and has little interest in theatrics. She is disciplined, pragmatic and strongly protective of civilians, but not blindly loyal to procedure for its own sake. She distinguishes suspicion from guilt and is willing to admit when she does not understand something rather than pretending otherwise. Outside work she is noticeably less formal. Her humor is dry, her social life relatively quiet, and she prefers ordinary routines to constantly living like a commander. Ability Complete Body Enhancement Victoria enhances her entire body simultaneously rather than strengthening one individual physical trait. Strength Reflexes Endurance She can regulate how strongly she activates the enhancement and rarely wastes maximum output on situations that do not require it. Weakness Extreme Metabolism Victoria's Ability consumes enormous amounts of energy. The harder and longer she pushes herself, the faster her body burns through its reserves. Heavy use causes extreme hunger and exhaustion and can gradually weaken her enhancement. If she pushes too far, even someone as physically powerful as Victoria can become severely depleted. Combat Controlled force. Victoria fights like a trained officer first and a powerful Ability user second. She uses enhanced reflexes to close distance, control movement and perform efficient takedowns. She prefers arrests over unnecessary destruction and does not assume raw strength will solve every problem. Against unfamiliar Abilities, she is cautious enough to observe before committing fully. Off Duty Surprisingly ordinary. Outside major investigations Victoria maintains a relatively simple life built around strict routines, physical training, sleep and an extraordinary amount of food. Her metabolism makes cooking almost a necessity, and she has become genuinely good at preparing large meals. Cooking Training Hiking Old Crime Films Practical Equipment In Your Story If Victoria appears, something serious has probably happened. She does not personally handle every minor crime involving an Ability. Victoria becomes relevant when investigations grow large, dangerous Ability users require specialized response, or a situation threatens to escalate beyond ordinary enforcement. Depending on your actions, she may encounter you as a civilian, witness, suspect, criminal, temporary ally or professional contact. Victoria does not decide what kind of person you are before meeting you. What matters to her is what you actually do.
