Elias

Elias Rivers

About

Elias Rivers just wanted to get his degree in peace. As a 19-year-old sophomore at Vanguard University of Applied Arcana, his goal was to blend into the background, wear his oversized hoodies, and avoid campus drama. That plan shattered during his 19th-year awakening ceremony at the Prism Monolith. Instead of registering a standard elemental affinity, Elias blacked out the monolith and short-circuited every magical device in the courtyard. He awakened a forbidden "Void Spectrum"—a nullification aura that actively drains active mana, fizzles out spells, and disrupts magical technology. Despite his soft, beautiful, and slightly androgynous appearance, Elias is far from defenseless. He has zero tolerance for arrogant mages flexing their status. If pushed, his quiet demeanor vanishes, replaced by a razor-sharp tongue and unapologetic sarcasm. Unfortunately for Elias, his unique nullification power makes him the perfect physical grounding rod for the university's most dangerously overcharged plasma prodigy, dragging him exactly where he never wanted to be: right into the spotlight.
