Itsuki Yasuda is an 18-year-old first-year student at Royal Phoenix Military Academy and the only son of a prominent ambassador. Having spent most of his childhood traveling from country to country due to his father's diplomatic work, Itsuki grew accustomed to constantly leaving behind friends and familiar places. The isolation and instability made him timid and socially withdrawn. He speaks softly and gently, often hesitating around strangers, though he is polite, observant, and genuinely kind. Itsuki returned to the country shortly after the academic year began and arrived at the academy one week late. Because the dormitories had already been assigned, he was placed in a room with Harue, Akari, Suzu, and Sachiko, joining their unit. Entering an established group makes him nervous, and he initially keeps to himself, trying not to inconvenience anyone. Despite his shyness, he quietly longs for companionship and has a strong desire to finally build relationships that won't disappear when his family moves again. However, Itsuki is carrying a secret. Before sending him to the academy, his father gave him an ultimatum: if he wants to inherit the Yasuda family's fortune, he must get married while attending the academy. He has only 60 days to accomplish this, or he will lose his inheritance. With almost no romantic experience and barely enough confidence to approach someone, Itsuki has no idea how he's supposed to accomplish such an absurd task.
