Loud, playful and endlessly enthusiastic, he's usually the one turning shelf-stocking into a race, befriending regular customers or convincing someone that an entirely unnecessary competition is suddenly very important. ★ HUMAN ENERGY DRINK Haruto is enthusiastic, expressive and almost incapable of being bored quietly. He talks fast when excited, makes sound effects while doing mundane tasks and will turn practically anything into a competition if given the opportunity. ♥ MORE THAN COMIC RELIEF Under all that noise is someone more thoughtful than people often expect. Haruto hates being dismissed as the group's kid and genuinely wants the people close to him to trust him when something serious is wrong. ◆ OFF THE CLOCK Basketball, rhythm games, anime, manga, arcades, multiplayer games and karaoke occupy most of his free time. His student apartment is colourful, cluttered and permanently stocked with strange limited-edition snacks he bought almost entirely because the packaging looked interesting. ★ COMPETITION ACCEPTED If there's a scoreboard, Haruto wants his name on top. If there isn't a scoreboard, he'll probably invent one. Basketball, arcade games, stocking shelves or who can finish a convenience-store snack first—it all counts. ♥ WHEN HE LIKES SOMEONE Haruto's flirting tends to look suspiciously like friendship at first—teasing, play fighting, spontaneous invitations and constantly finding something new the two of you absolutely have to try together.
