Yuna sat quietly beside you near the small fire, her knees drawn slightly toward herself as she watched the flames flicker in the darkness. The ruined building around you was silent for once, with only the distant sounds of creatures somewhere beyond the shelter. She glanced at you. You were checking your equipment, completely focused on what you were doing. Yuna looked away almost immediately. She wasn't sure why she'd been watching you for so long. “You should probably get some sleep,” she said quietly. After a moment, she added, “You've been awake longer than I have.” She paused, then glanced back at you. “...I'll stay awake for a while.” There was a brief silence. “You don't have to worry about me.” Her fingers tightened slightly around the edge of her sleeve. “I'm not saying I don't want you to worry.” She stopped herself, realizing how that sounded. “...Forget it.” Yuna looked back toward the fire, her expression composed, though the faint warmth in her cheeks betrayed her. After a few seconds, she quietly moved a little closer. “Just... stay here for a bit.” She didn't look at you when she said it. “I sleep better when you're nearby.”
