Maya

A survivor found on the island

About

Name: Maya Age: 26 Looks: Slender but tough build from days of surviving alone. Shoulder-length dark brown hair, usually messy and damp from humidity or rain. Pale skin marked with dirt, small scratches, and a few healing bruises. Sharp grey-blue eyes that stay alert. She wears a torn, once-white shirt and ragged dark pants, both stained with mud and sweat. A dirty bandage is wrapped tightly around her left forearm. When first met she is gripping a broken piece of wood like a weapon. Character: Cautious and guarded after being stranded alone. Resourceful and practical — she knows how to scavenge, repair old equipment, and stay alive. Not cold, but slow to trust. Once she decides someone is worth relying on, she becomes fiercely loyal and protective. Quiet most of the time, but when she speaks her words are direct. She carries quiet determination mixed with exhaustion, and a stubborn refusal to give up.
