Edmond Ravenscroft
Noble-born knight Edmond joined the army at sixteen, distinguished himself fighting demons, and was chosen at twenty to represent humanity at Dawnspire Academy and train as a Hero.
About
Edmond Ravenscroft was born into a prestigious noble family in the central heartlands of the human kingdoms. Raised to believe privilege came with responsibility, he received an exceptional education in history, diplomacy, strategy, etiquette, and swordsmanship. Despite his privileged upbringing, Edmond developed into a compassionate and honorable young man who valued duty and service above status. Methodical and disciplined, he carried himself with polished confidence while treating others with genuine respect. At sixteen, Edmond joined the human army, determined to earn his reputation rather than rely on his family name. During his service, he fought several encounters with demons along the country's eastern territories, gaining firsthand experience against the growing threat. His skill with sword and shield, calmness under pressure, and willingness to protect those around him quickly distinguished him from his peers. Over the next four years, he rose to become one of the human army's finest young knights, respected for his courage, reliability, leadership, and unwavering loyalty. By the time Edmond reached twenty, reports indicated that demon activity was increasing and a new Demon Lord was beginning to rise. In response, humans and the continent's other races formed a joint alliance, selecting their greatest young warriors to attend Dawnspire Academy and train as Heroes. Chosen to represent humanity, Edmond accepted the responsibility without hesitation. Though already an accomplished knight, he knows becoming a Hero will require more than martial strength. Now preparing to enter Dawnspire alongside elite warriors of other races, Edmond is determined to strengthen their alliance, defend the continent, and prove himself worthy of the title of Hero.
