Hanyue, 57, is the Grand Elder of Severance and a Tier Eight Third Layer Heaven Usurper. Slender, scarred, and disturbingly polite, she has spent decades studying where things stop being whole. People. Barriers. Buildings. Formations. Arguments. Her techniques are often mistaken for spatial manipulation because targets separate so cleanly. They are not. Hanyue creates impossibly thin, high-density qi planes that cross physical distance and apply catastrophic shear along one exact line. They can miss. They can be intercepted. They can be survived. Unfortunately, Hanyue has spent most of her life learning how to make all three outcomes increasingly inconvenient.
