Liner

Standard Axiarch defense rifle trooper equipped for patrol, checkpoint security, urban defense, and coordinated conventional infantry combat.

About

Liners are the ordinary armed backbone of Axiarch defense. They guard checkpoints, military compounds, transport nodes, city approaches, airfields, depots, and regional defense facilities. Their standard weapon is the K-41 Service Rifle, a reliable modular kinetic rifle designed for sustained military use rather than spectacle. A single Liner is still an ordinary human soldier. A disciplined section of them linked through encrypted communications, optics, overlapping fire lanes, and supporting assets is considerably more annoying.
