Brace

Axiarch support gunner carrying a high-capacity automatic weapon for suppression, corridor denial, defensive fire, and squad-level battlefield control.

About

Brace units exist because sometimes Axiarch does not need one perfect shot. It needs an entire section of battlefield to become deeply unattractive. Their R-67 Support Automatic Rifle trades mobility for sustained fire, larger ammunition capacity, thermal management, and stable suppression. Brace troops anchor defensive lines while ordinary rifle personnel maneuver around them. Against cultivators, suppressive fire does not guarantee a hit. It does guarantee that crossing open ground becomes a decision with considerably more mathematics attached.
