F-38 Line Fighter

Axiarch's standard multirole combat jet, combining air superiority, precision strike, interception, and conventional battlefield support.

About

The F-38 is the aircraft Axiarch sends when the mission briefing contains several different problems and command would prefer to solve them with one airframe. Air defense. Strike missions. Escort. Interception. Close battlefield support. The F-38 is not the fastest, stealthiest, or most heavily armed jet in Axiarch service. It survives because it is competent at nearly everything and available in enough numbers to matter. Which, historically, has been a remarkably effective military philosophy.
