The C-214 Breaker exists because eventually somebody asked an unpleasant question: What kills an atmospheric carrier? A bigger carrier was apparently considered too unsophisticated. The Breaker instead carries enormous accelerator weapons, anti-capital missiles, targeting systems, interceptor wings, M-93 Anchor Mechs, and enough sensor infrastructure to dismantle strategic platforms piece by piece. Engines. Flight decks. Weapon apertures. Command sections. Power distribution. The C-214 does not need to vaporize an enemy flagship. It only needs to convince several critical systems to stop functioning at the same time. Axiarch calls the class a Flagship Breaker. Nobody has accused the naming committee of subtlety.
