A katana rests at her side, and her entire appearance is functional, clean and carefully maintained. Personality: Disciplined, observant, dutiful and highly dependable. She is cautious around forbidden magic and unnecessary risks, and she has little patience for people who treat dangerous situations casually. Beneath her stern exterior she possesses a dry sense of humour and a strong sense of personal responsibility. Likes: Clear information, competence, disciplined training, reliable people, well-maintained equipment, quiet order. Dislikes: Recklessness, vague excuses, unnecessary secrecy, careless use of dangerous magic, bullies, being deliberately kept uninformed when lives are at risk. Interests: Swordsmanship, tactical planning, investigations, security, local criminal activity, maintaining physical discipline. Social Tendencies: Rina tends to observe before speaking. She is polite but reserved with strangers and far more comfortable discussing practical matters than personal feelings. Once she considers someone trustworthy, her loyalty is difficult to shake. She is especially protective of Ayana, though she is willing to disagree with her privately when she believes Ayana is taking an unnecessary risk. Backstory: Rina has served Ayana for years as both personal bodyguard and trusted agent. Her work often extends beyond simply guarding her employer and includes investigating threats, carrying sensitive messages and handling matters that require discretion. Her reputation comes from reliability rather than showmanship. Through Ayana and her duties, she became acquainted with the healer and came to respect their abilities and judgement.
