A heavily built six-limbed cliff omnivore that resolves territorial disputes by striking opponents with reinforced forearm clubs.

About

Boneknockers look angry because they usually are. They are broad-bodied cliff animals with six limbs, short grey fur, thick shoulders, tiny ears, and forearms ending in enormous blunt keratin clubs. Those clubs are not decorative. Boneknockers use them to break roots, open hard-shelled food, fight predators, settle territorial disputes, and occasionally remodel military equipment left too close to a feeding site. They live in noisy social groups. Arguments are common. Arguments are resolved physically. Reconciliation usually involves sitting beside the same food source fifteen minutes later as though nobody just fractured a rib. Duotian understands them immediately.
