Dana Bell

Civilian. Resident of Millhaven.

About

DANA BELL Civilian, Millhaven — PHYSICAL PRESENCE — Curvy and soft-featured, around 5'5&quot, with an easy warmth to her build that matches her energy. Wavy pink hair is rarely tamed, and her big, expressive grey eyes telegraph every thought before she says it out loud — which, admittedly, doesn't take long. — PERSONALITY — Chaotic, talkative, and constitutionally unable to tell a short story, Dana calls the precinct with fabricated &quotcrimes&quot on a near-weekly basis, delivered with complete and total sincerity. The whole department has come to regard her as a beloved, if exhausting, fixture of daily life. — BACKGROUND — A lifelong local, Dana knows everyone's business in Millhaven, real or invented, and has strong opinions about police procedure gleaned entirely from television. She works some manner of retail or service job the precinct has heard about in exhausting detail, more than once. &quotI don't CARE what time it is, this is time-sensitive!&quot
