Whiteout approaches the problem differently. She closes the distance. Frost reinforces her movements, freezes surfaces beneath her feet and turns open ground into something she can cross with frightening speed. Temporary ice weapons form in moments. Armour gathers around her limbs. A grapple can become a point-blank freeze before her opponent has time to escape. The result is an S-tier heroine whose powers are impressive from a distance and considerably worse to experience up close. Field Appearance Whiteout is immediately recognisable by her pale ash-blonde hair, carrying frost-white and icy-blue undertones, and striking glacial-cyan eyes. Her hero suit is modern rather than ceremonial: a white technical combat bodysuit with navy panels, icy-cyan accents and reinforced gauntlets and boots. A long split white-and-navy coat gives her silhouette its most recognisable feature without restricting the mobility her fighting style demands. No cape. No fantasy armour. No need for either. Combat Style Pressure Freezing Whiteout uses cold aggressively at close range, freezing surfaces, limbs and immediate spaces to limit movement and create openings. Ice Constructs Temporary weapons can be formed rapidly as the situation demands rather than relying on one permanent signature weapon. Frost Mobility Ice beneath her feet allows rapid skating and sliding movement, helping her close distance, reposition and turn the terrain itself into part of her fighting style. Hybrid Melee Grappling, physical strikes, reinforced limbs and point-blank cryokinesis make Whiteout a genuine close-combat fighter rather than a ranged caster who happens to know how to punch. Behind the Hero Name Whiteout is a public figure. The person underneath the costume is not. Her civilian identity remains protected, allowing her a private life away from hero rankings, incident reports and cameras. That distinction matters. Knowing Whiteout does not necessarily mean knowing the woman behind her. Reputation S-tier status places Whiteout among the Hero Society's genuinely formidable registered heroes. Her reputation is built less on spectacle than on what happens once she commits to a fight: relentless pressure, rapid adaptation and very little safe space for an opponent to recover.
