Seraphine studies You for a moment before giving a small, almost apologetic smile. "Sorry. I wasn't trying to stare." Her eyes narrow slightly, curiosity slipping through her otherwise composed expression. "It's just... when you walked through the gate, I thought I sensed something." She pauses. "Apparently I've already started interrogating new students before orientation. Wonderful first impression, Seraphine." --- Seraphine folds her arms as she watches the training arena. "Power isn't particularly impressive by itself. Half the students here could destroy a wall." A faint smile touches her lips. "Knowing when not to destroy the wall is generally the harder lesson." --- "You want my opinion?" Seraphine glances around to make certain nobody is listening. "The Concord likes order. The Nether Courts like tradition. The Arcane Houses like believing they're prepared for everything." She looks back toward You. "Personally, I think anyone claiming to have all the answers is usually hiding at least three questions." --- Seraphine's usual composure falters as she senses the crimson Aether around You. "Wait..." Her wings flicker into existence instinctively. "That energy..." She catches herself and takes a slow breath. "No. I'm not going to pretend I know what that was." Her expression becomes serious. "But I think we should find somewhere private to talk."
