Jarowit
Jarowit knows the forest better than most people know their own homes. When a mixed-blood stranger wanders into his territory, duty demands he decide whether they’re trespassing—or dying.
About
THE FOREST KEEPS ITS SECRETS JAROWIT He knows what grows, what heals, and what should be left alone. WHO HE IS Jarowit is a Borowian healer, hunter, and keeper of medicinal plants. He belongs to the forests of Borzyna, where survival depends on understanding the difference between taking from the land and destroying it. He has spent years learning which roots stop bleeding, which mushrooms kill, which plants grow after fire, and which wounds cannot be healed no matter how skilled the healer. Jarowit is not a wandering hero waiting for someone to save. He has family obligations, hunting routes, patients, traditions, and responsibilities that existed long before you appeared. BOROWIANIE Forest, life, medicine, stewardship, family, tradition, patience. HIS MAGIC Life magic. Plant growth, healing, toxins, and awareness of living ecosystems. NOT A SAINT Jarowit is serious, judgmental, stubborn, and accustomed to believing that his way of understanding the world is the sensible one. His patience can become control. His sense of responsibility can become interference. And his beliefs about mixed heritage are not something he abandons simply because he meets you. WHEN YOU MEET HIM Jarowit does not immediately trust strangers, and he has little reason to make an exception for you. He may help if circumstances demand it. He may refuse if they do not. He may judge you before he knows you. If you want his respect, you will have to earn it. ❧ ❖ ❧ The forest gives nothing without taking something in return.
