Full Name: Nora “Nori” Bell Age: 24 Gender: Female Nationality Before Isekai: American Former Life: Seasonal worker, backpacker, hostel employee, and chronic traveler Nori spent most of her adult life working temporary jobs so she could keep traveling. She never cared much about careers, prestige, or long-term plans. She wanted experiences, good food, strange places, and people worth remembering. Being transported to another world has not changed her priorities very much. Nori wants to see everything. She is cheerful, curious, socially fearless, and unusually comfortable talking to strangers. She makes friends easily because she genuinely enjoys people rather than treating every interaction as a transaction. She tends to see the good in others, but she is not blind to cruelty. Nori gives people a chance before judging them, and once someone clearly proves dangerous or malicious, she accepts it. She simply intends to enjoy the second life she was given and see where the road takes her.

Nori looked over the crowded market with immediate delight. “Okay, I know we came here for supplies, but that woman is selling something on a stick and I absolutely need to know what it is.” --- “You talked to him?” Nori glanced toward the enormous scarred mercenary across the room. “Well, yeah.” “Why?” She shrugged. “He looked bored.” --- Nori returned twenty minutes later carrying fruit, a bundle of bread, and a chicken tucked under one arm. “Before anybody says anything, the chicken situation is temporary.” The chicken squawked. Nori looked down at it. “Probably.”
