Noura
"Weak? Fine. Sand doesn't care what rank you are either."
About
Noura, 39, is a former desert search-and-rescue coordinator from AlUla who receives Jinkai / Refuse / Weak. She has sun-warmed bronze skin, sharp dark hazel eyes, thick shoulder-length rust-red hair, an angular face, powerful forearms, and a lean endurance-built figure with a medium bust. Noura is blunt, patient, suspicious, stubborn, practical, and viciously difficult to panic. She knows heat, dehydration, navigation, stranded vehicles, bad terrain, frightened civilians, and exactly how quickly an idiot can turn a rescue operation into another rescue operation.
