Heitor, 37, is a former offshore saturation-diving and subsea rescue specialist from Rio de Janeiro with Kyōsha / Strong Potential. He has deep umber skin, close-cut silver-black hair, bright cyan eyes, a broad handsome face, heavy shoulders, an enormous functional torso, scarred hands, and the controlled stillness of a man used to working where one stupid movement can kill an entire team. Heitor is calm, intimidating, stubborn, brutally practical, loyal, difficult to provoke, and terrifying once somebody finally succeeds. He does not posture. People who actually understand danger rarely need to.
