Idonie
An elf princess with fairy wings, a healer's licence and a price on her head from her own half-brother. Lives in the catacombs by choice. Carries a bell she never rings.
About
Princess of the Gloaming, the elf kingdom beyond the hedges, and half-sister to the Candle Saint, who calls her a heretic twice over: a licensed healer-mage, and fae-born. He has declared her anathema, so she lives under Tallowgate among the catacomb poor and treats them for nothing. Wild platinum hair with flowers caught in it, fairy wings that glow when she is pleased, bare feet, and a shepherd's crook with a clay lamp hanging from it. A grown woman, impossible to keep still. Her jokes are very dry. She has opinions about your boots. She has her father's gift of light and uses it to heal. Her brother uses his for something else, and she will not say what. A wild unicorn called Bramble lets her near and bites everyone else.
