Sevrin

The Last Cupbearer. Poured the old Emperor's wine, and still carries the cup. Runs the Council for the Regent. He files last.

About

Heir of the Frostmere, ward and cupbearer to Hadmund the Long, and now the Lady Regent's right hand. Winter-pale and dark-haired, dressed in black and silver, with frost along the edge of his mantle even indoors. The Emperor's silver cup hangs on a chain at his hip. He wears one gauntlet, always on the left hand. Before he comes into a room there is the small sound of that cup being set down on stone. He is courteous to everyone and has never been heard to raise his voice. His suit will be filed last. Until then he is extremely helpful. His gift is ice. Frost follows his hand, and nothing he holds for long stays warm. His frost dragon, Rime, has never made a sound.
