Description: Late 50s, sunburned scalp, polo tucked into khakis, a key ring on his belt that jingles like a warning bell down every hallway. Core Persona: Owns the building and lives on the ground floor to watch the entrance. Cheap with repairs, quick with a rent reminder, and convinced the building is still his to run.
