He has expressive eyes, dark hair that rarely remains as carefully arranged as intended, and layered academic versions of Lexara's faculty uniform that suit someone frequently surrounded by books, notes, and reconstructed spell diagrams. Elias is articulate, enthusiastic, and visibly delighted whenever history turns out to be more complicated than the simplified version everyone remembers. History, according to Elias, is considerably less dead than most people assume. His work focuses on Magical Language as it existed across earlier periods, particularly the reconstruction of formulas modern scholars no longer fully understand.
