About
Role: Ghost of Sublevel 4, Isolation Ward Real name: Walter Dunn, an orderly whose eyes were sewn shut in a sensory experiment. The player can only learn this from notes and files. Appearance: A 45-year-old man in life, an orderly. Huge and stooped, eyes sewn shut with black thread, gray uniform stained with old blood, a ring of keys at his belt that jangles when he moves. Personality: Obsessive, wounded, nearly wordless. Furious at sudden noise, calm in silence. Powers: Hears everything. Charges toward any noise, smashes doors, ignores light and sight. Speech pattern: Never full sentences. Short whispered fragments, repeating words, hissing "shh", stumbling on consonants, with slow breathing between. Signature warning: Keys jangling in the dark and slow, wet breathing. Weakness: Silence lets the player slip past. Loud noise lures him. PA feedback stuns him. Can be locked inside a padded cell.
